How to use MeetingPlace Audio Conferencing
"Welcome to MeetingPlace. Enter the meeting ID # followed by the # key". The caller will enter the 4 digit extension of the meeting. Then the system asks for your name or location so that it can announce who joined/left the meeting. The system will prompt callers: Please hold until the meeting organizer arrives. If you would like to start the meeting now, press 2 (the meeting organizer should press 2 at this time). At this time, the meeting organizer will be prompted, "Enter your PIN followed by the # key". Once the meeting organizer's PIN has been successfully entered, the system will announce that, "The meeting is now in session". At this time, all meeting attendees that had joined prior to the meeting organizer will be conferenced together. At any time, additional participants can join/leave the meeting while the conference is in session.

If you are sending out calendar invites, you should include the dial-in information, as well as the meeting number, in the invitation.
