I cannot submit my exam in Blackboard.
Unable to submit a Blackboard exam.
Before you close the Blackboard window, open a new window. Go straight to Blackboard and try to get back into the exam and resubmit.
If you are unsuccessful, leave the window open and call the Help Desk at 513-745-4357. Have the following information ready:
- PC or MAC
- browser and version
- course number
- a screenshot (if possible)
If you are locked out, you will need to contact your instructor to reopen the exam. The Help Desk cannot reopen an exam for you.
Always inform your instructor of the issue, even if the Help Desk resolves your issue.
