I cannot log in to Xavier Blackboard, Student/Employee Hub, or Office 365 mail.

Unable to log in to Xavier Blackboard, Student/Employee Hub, or Office 365 mail.

Solution:

Check your account status in Password Manager:

  1. Go to Xavier Password Manager.
  2. Type your username and click OK.
  3. If your account is locked, you will see an option to unlock the account. If this option is available, click Unlock My Account. If this option is not available, proceed to step 6.

  4. Answer the security questions and click Finish.
  5. Try logging in to the affected system again. If you are still unable to log in, contact the Help Desk at 745-4357. If your account is not locked, you need to reset your password. 
  6. If you know your password, select Manage My Passwords. If you do not know your password, click Forgot My Password.
  7. After you have changed your password, try logging into the affected system again. If you are still unable to log in, contact the Help Desk at 513-745-4357.
NOTE:  As a security measure, your account will lock after three consecutive password failures. You will then need to follow the instructions above to unlock your account. Your account will disable itself after a 10th consecutive password failure. You will then need to contact the Help Desk 513-745-4357 to re-enable the account.
